Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with the original packaging intact.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. To request an exchange:

- Provide proof of damage, such as photographs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
